The ideas for our products are developed with great care and attention to detail in Germany. Depending on the item, the products are manufactured by trusted suppliers and workshops worldwide. We put a lot of heart and soul into the entire product development process until the product arrives at your home – from the ideas, the materials, production and quality control, to delivery, packaging and transport to you. It is important to us that, on the one hand, we meet the high standards of quality of our products and, on the other hand, we can offer you a fair price.

Most of our models are splash-proof or water-resistant up to 5 ATM. This means they can easily withstand everyday situations like rain or washing your hands. Some models, such as the Adorer collection, are water resistant up to 10 ATM. This means they can withstand a pressure of 10 bar. The watch is suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not for scuba diving or at greater depths. Please note our exact information on the respective product page.

Can I change the strap on my watch? Our high-quality leather straps are equipped with a very practical quick-change system. This allows the leather straps to be swapped easily and without tools, making it a pleasure to switch between them even within the same day—for example, one color combination during the day and a different combination for dinner. For our high-quality metal bracelets, a tool is required to release the retaining pin and remove the bracelet.

What warranty do you offer on your products? We offer a two-year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. Damage caused by improper use is excluded. Leather watch straps are a natural product, and wear and tear is excluded from the warranty. We're happy to advise you on proper care.

First, remove all protective films from the front and back of the watch case, and if applicable, from the strap and buckle. Next, remove the plastic clamp on the watch crown (adjustment wheel), set the time directly by turning the crown. Then gently press the crown into the case and lock it by turning it slightly to the right. The clock starts running.

The jewelry generally does not require any special care. If you want, you can gently wipe the jewelry with a fine cloth from time to time to restore its beautiful shine. If your jewelry has become a little dark, for example, due to storage in high humidity, you can gently clean it with standard jewelry cleaning cloths for silver or gold jewelry. Afterwards they will shine like new again.
