8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an online dispute resolution platform. This platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. Further information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

- Free exchange of the product for an equivalent item (or a successor model if the original product is no longer available).
In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us as the guarantor:

To claim under the warranty, you must allow us to examine the warranty claim by inserting the goods into the delivery. Please ensure that the goods are appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transport.
To claim warranty service, you must include a copy of the original invoice with your shipment. Please understand that without this copy, we may refuse warranty service, as the invoice copy is used to calculate the warranty period.
If the warranty claim is justified, we will provide the warranty service within 30 days of the goods being sent to us.
The freight costs for sending the goods to us and for returning the goods to you are borne by us within the scope of the guarantee and will be reimbursed by us within the scope of the guarantee.
